Coronavirus (COVID-19) & What We're Doing to Keep you Safe
Safety is, and always has been, our first priority for our Guests and our Employees. To help keep our community safe and healthy, we are:
Encouraging our employees who feel ill to remain at home.
Scheduling more frequent deep-cleans and enhanced cleaning protocols which include our Staff wiping down handrails, guardrails, ride seats/handles, and surfaces in addition to upholding hygienic standards.
Extending tickets/passes through 2021 to allow you the flexibility of visiting us anytime this season or the next.
Keeping a close eye on the evolving situation and conditions surrounding COVID-19 and making any adjustments needed to ensure everyone's safety.
How You Can Help: It's important that we all do our part to keep our community safe and ask that our guests adopt the same precautions as we have in ensuring an incredible season for everyone. Located on Pier 61 / West 23rd Street & Westside Hwy., beside the Wichcraft restaurant.
Please note that these public restrooms are cleaned regularly by the Chelsea Piers staff, and generally remain open during the day with varying hours at night.
There are several self-parking, street-side parking, and parking garages near Pier 61 and 60. Please note that private parking is not guaranteed or provided to clients who have booked a birthday with us.
Guests with Specific Needs or Disabilities
We want everyone to be able to enjoy riding the Pier 62 Carousel. We offer an ADA Accessible Chariot with an ADA ramp. Please ask a team member at the ticket booth for assistance. We also offer complimentary ride tickets for legal companions of riders with special needs or disabilities. These tickets allow a legal companion to accompany a paying guest with special needs or a disability onto the rides.
Basic First Aid amenities are available for minor needs. Please see the ticket booth representative for assistance. If a need requires further attention, alert the nearest team member for assistance.
